The extensions are individually placed to each of your natural eyelashes so there is no damage to your natural lashes.

1 week
1 week fills require you to come within 10 days of your last appointment.

At the 3 week mark most clients see their lashes not being as full as lashes go through cycles and this is when you will see less extensions.
Foreign Fills
Foreign fills are extensions you have had placed somewhere else and would like us to fill them. We can not guarantee our lashes will be the same as the ones you currently have on but we will match the length and style. Foreign fills are priced differently due to the fact we have no idea what we will be working with. If the current extensions are damaging your lashes you might not receive the service as the health of your natural lashes is more important to us.

What you need to know before your eyelash appointment
Do not wear strip lashes for a minimum of 5 days prior to your appointment.
Do not wear mascara or eyeliner to your appointment, eyelash extensions will not stick to makeup.
Avoid wearing serums and creams around the eyes prior to every appointment.

How to care for your lashes
Lash extensions are an investment, maintaining them and keeping them fluffy is very important! You will need to wash them every other day or everyday you put any products on your face. It is important you use the lash wash we offer as we can guarantee it is oil free and will not impair your extensions. The brush to wash with them is also important, it needs to be a soft and fluffy brush, one similar to applying eyeshadow.
Deposits
50% deposits will now be taken at the time of booking, the remaining 50% will be due at the time of checkout. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 25 hours in advance to receive a refund.
